Sancha Starkeyis a Cordon Bleu trained chef, after completing her diploma at the Tante Marie Cookery School she started her business Chef at your Shoulder giving private cookery tuition. As well as teaching people to cook Sancha works with Riverford Organic giving demonstrations and inspiring people to be more imaginative with their vegetables. Sancha can also be found working in the preparation kitchen at food shows preparing the “here’s one I made earlier” dishes for celebrity chefs.
